- We ship UPS (ground). Our shipping charges include materials, labor and the courier cost.
- Drop Shipments – if you request a courier other than UPS, or a delivery process other than ground, those additional charges, plus a fee of $10.00, will be charged to your invoice.
- Residential Shipment will incur an additional fee plus insurance. Failure to advise us could result in a financial loss to you because UPS will leave this type of delivery outside your door, making it subject to theft. To prevent loss of your shipment, you can request either:
- the package be left at a commercial location where someone must sign for it, or
- you can pay an additional fee and request a signature on delivery; this way, they have to give it to someone
Pick Up Area
We have expanded our pick up area, covering all of the Eastern and Central Time Zones.
- Free Pickups – minimum repaired units required (next day pickup service available).
- To schedule a pickup, simply give us a call.
Due to the economy, we have had to limit open accounts and C.O.D.’s to very few companies.
